A note on permissionsWhen connecting a printer or other peripheral device to a workstation connected to Edunet, NT Administrators should be aware that including the group Everyone means everyone on Edunet. Schools have received printouts generated at other schools because the NT permission allowed everyone to print. Replace Everyone with !Staff_<4 char school code> to limit access to the staff at the school who owns the printer. |
